Landscape and setting

The land is located in Bedfordshire, approximately 0.5 miles to the west of the historic village of Felmersham and 8 miles from Bedford. The land lies close to the River Great Ouse.

Two parcels of arable land with road frontage extending to approximately 89.23 acres (36.11 hectares) in all.

Management plans (what we intend to add):

Proposed habitats include enhancement and creation of species rich grassland, the creation of a traditional orchard and enhancement of species rich hedgerows with trees and the rivers and streams.
